Back in The U.S.

China was amazing. I was last there in 2001, when we spent two months in Qingdao, but this trip held special meaning and was incredible for many reasons. We were in Guangzhou and Nanchang. We are a little tired, but joyful and at peace as we head into the 2nd part of the year.

These days I am writing poems about water (in five forms) in China.

I am happy to have been invited to read here in February 2007.

Note to self : if Dave Navarro ever asks me to sing something a little heavier, do not, I repeat, do not sing Duran Duran.

Lee,
I was just wondering about you and your trip the other day. I hope your poems have that perfect new source of inspiration. :-)

We at the Fritz-Hubbard household were also just the other day wondering when you'd be back. Welcome home, all of you!
