Michael, you're right. So much has fallen by the wayside in this decade---basic freedoms, civil discourse among political adversaries, etc. I'm hopeful though that despite 43's damage, we have the decency and fortitude to recover, reshape things, and perhaps even prosper. Knock on wood.
