Don't forget: Thursday, April 10 at Arte Americas from 6 to 8 pm---dare I say, Fresno's poetry reading of the year? At the reading, there will be a raffle to include autographed books by Daniel Chacón, Juan Felipe Herrera, Corrinne Clegg Hales, chapbooks by Craig Santos Perez and Oscar Bermeo, a broadside by Rigoberto González, and copies of Andrés Montoya's book the ice worker sings and other poems as well as copies of his poetry that was part of the Poetry in Motion bus project, artwork by Maceo Montoya, a signed book by yours truly, and much more!

*Addendum*---also to be raffled!---a rare limited edition chapbook, TERTULIA (BOOKlyn, 2002) by Francisco Aragón

I was proud to read with Eloise Klein Healy at Antelope Valley College last week in Lancaster, California. Thanks to poet and professor Charles Hood for organizing the nice event and for introducing me to his wonderful poetry students. I'm glad to have a small break from the road until the AAAS reading on April 18 in Chicago.

I am looking forward to late nights with new publications: Oranges and Sardines, the Latino Poetry Review, and a new Asian-American literary journal, the Kartika Review. Congratulations to the editors.
