I will be the luncheon speaker at the Statewide Conference of the English Council of California Two-Year Colleges (ECCTYC--Guest Speakers) on Friday, October 12, 2007 in Burlingame, California. The conference runs from October 11-13 and will include informative breakout sessions as well as Saturday's brunch speaker, novelist Reyna Grande.
