Everyone is invited to the first Hmong American writers and poets' literary reading at the New China Buffet on Dec. 19, 2005 at 4:00 pm. After the selected panel of writers and poets have shared their work (poetry/fiction/non-fiction/drama), there will be an open mike for anyone who would like to share their work (all forms of writing/poetry are welcome).
Please come out to support your Fresno community's Hmong American writers/poets! Those who attend will be required to pay $9.25 for the dinner buffet meal. Please come out to have dinner with us and to listen to some literature. Anyone who is interested in reading with the selected panel of readers before the open mike section, please let me know in advance through email.
